These Terms govern Starring My Kid, operated by Archieboy Holdings, LLC. By creating a book, uploading material, purchasing, or subscribing, you agree to them.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. You must own or have permission to use every photo, name, story detail, recording, and other item you submit, including permission from a parent or legal guardian when appropriate.
You may clone only your own voice or a voice whose speaker has given you explicit permission. You may not impersonate another person, mislead listeners about a recording’s origin, or use a clone for fraud, harassment, political persuasion, sexual content, or any unlawful purpose. We may disable or delete a clone when misuse is suspected.
Do not request content that sexualizes children, depicts graphic abuse, promotes hate, facilitates wrongdoing, or infringes another party’s intellectual property. Do not use copyrighted franchises or public figures as though they were your own. We may block prompts, pause generation, or close accounts to protect children, rights holders, customers, and the service.
Stories and illustrations are AI-assisted and may contain mistakes, unexpected details, or visual inconsistencies. Review every page before sharing or ordering print. Reasonable redraw and editing tools are provided, but an exact likeness, style, or error-free result is not guaranteed.
Prices, included features, shipping charges, and estimated delivery dates are shown before checkout. Printed books are personalized and made to order. Unless required by law, completed digital products and print orders already submitted to production are generally not refundable; contact us promptly if a file is unusable, a print arrives damaged, or the wrong item is delivered so we can review and make it right.
Subscriptions renew at the interval and price displayed at checkout until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals and does not undo a completed charge. Credits, quotas, and included features are described on the plan page and may have reasonable use and expiration rules disclosed there.
A family link can be opened by anyone who receives it. You are responsible for deciding who receives the link and may turn it off from the book page. Our handling of photos, voice recordings, and service-provider processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
